Rockfax Description
A semi-bolted route which runs to the right of the Diretta Dimai arete. The first two pitches are in common with Diretta Dimai, or can be avoided by scrambling the first pitch of Fessura Dimai on the right.
1-2) As for Diretta Dimai.
3) 6a+, 25m. Start from the boulder at the far left of the large ledge, then climb diagonally left with enjoyable vertical face climbing. Pull right through a small bulge then continue right to the stance.
4) 6a, 20m. Move further right but stay a few metres left of the Fessura Dimai then climb the face direct, moving back left to the belay.
5) VI-, 25m. Climb diagonally left to reach the horizontal break in the face, then trend right to belay on a good ledge.
6) II, 15m. Climb diagonally right into the chimney shared with Fessura Dimai. Follow this easily to the summit. © Rockfax
