Lean conditions on the buttress's but this was fine, if lean. Sustained at III but partner reckoned easy IV. Turn the cornice (big) on the right. First winter route in a couple of years.

In excellent condition. I led the long 2nd pitch. Good water ice (which took screws) and steep neve (which didn't!) - very run out in places.

done in two pitches, I led the second more interesting one. Went off route in the final snow slopes (straight up not off right) and ended up having to tunnel through the Cornice, not a great idea. Some loose snow on the exit slopes not so much as to make it completely impassable.
