This emigre from across the road is steep and tenuous. Its name stems from the difficulty of placing solid pegs back in the day. © Rockfax

Tough pumpy but good climbing with good but sometimes tricky to place gear (especially when pumped). Shame the rock is a little friable at the top.

Climbed ground up with some frustrating slumps onto gear after frustrating faff of fooling around with fictitious gear placements. Got some better stuff in eventually. Great route though, probably 2 stars and hard for the grade in my humble opinion. A right pumper too for just 7 metres of climbing. Good moves, good position, and nicely.... frustrating.
really hard for the grade
