25m. The striking overhanging arete at the top of Scimitar Ridge makes for an amazing airy pitch, not dissimilar in style to King Wad, although a fair bit harder. Start as Xerxes for a few metres then step right below the small roof and make bold moves up the pillar (sling on a small shrub out right) to a rest on the big spike below the arete. Arrange gear above (small offsets in the wall and a good cam in the crack out right), take a deep breath and take on the desperately technical and barn-doory arete with a good amount of air beneath your feet!
