Think description should read for aspiring "troglodytes and deviants". I must be one of these as I found it great fun. Its easy once in the cleft but hard to get there without getting stuck! I managed to traverse in from the right from windowslit (on 3rd attempt)but my 2nd couldn't. Need to get as high as poss before traversing; helmet got stuck so I had to remove it to turn my head round!

Tried many times got to the entrance to window slit. placed small hex and a cam. Then tried to go left above onto the nose looked very thin for your hands. Got to be 6b+ without the tree

Almost impossible without the long gone tree. Needs reclimbing [by someone better than me] and regrading. Tried sidling in from Windowslit but my hips are too big!
long time ago now, seem to remember small holds but nice climb

Julia belayed and I stripped the gear afterwards. More caving than climbing...

horrible climb, horrible location and horrible outcome. got RB wrong and dropped dad, then a second time rope stretched and he whacked his left hand on a ledge. bad bruising, swearing and a Rap soon followed.
The tree no longer exists. Tried to approach from the right but got wedged trying to move to the outside of the crack. It might be possible to combine windowSlit with this, but not a prospect I fancy.
