Headed off into the cave without a route description. Managed more by luck than judgement to take the right line. Not sure if I particularly enjoyed squirming in the cave. The outside 3rd pitch was very good.

Very good, best VS at Gogarth? Maybe. Into a cave/chasm, squirm up, squirm down into the green light gloom, over a chockstone, squirm up behind a chockstone, into the dark, up, along a ledge, squirm a bit more, some high gear, then down, down, down like Alice down the rabbit hole, to emerge into the light. Exciting belay hanging in the corner, then bridge up the hanging grove above, with the rock going through a rainbow of colours.

Gopping, but still only VS. Pretty unique at the grade, and definitely a 3 star experience. The top pitch is somewhat loose though (and disappointingly not a chimney).

Most epic VS in the world? quite wet and as a 4, with one of the party freaking out a little, and another slightly injured made things really interesting, led P1 and 3, scary slippery down-climbing on p1 and a wet/chossy p3. Good banter and a Brilliant route though!

Best VS at the Big G? worth seeking out. Also one you could definitely sandbag your mates into
