Oh what Joy when the Portway is closed! Where the route presumably continued along a ramp (now enmeshed), I tackled a fantastic grey slab (pulling on lots of rock anchor bolts along the way) and walked right down a ramp to the next meshed section, then climbed rock up the arete in the crest of the buttress via a short blind steep E1/2 5b arete.
