The climbing is steep but very positive and with excellent protection. Don't abseil direct to the base unless it is very low tide or you are adept at bouncing down overhanging walls: you end 15' out in space and over water. Abseil from the galvanised stake 30' left [facing in] to the platform and traverse at sea level.
