Thunderstorm hit just as we were starting the abseil into the gully (3x25m abs not 2 as stated in the guide) - not nice. Difficult navigation off the Col through heavily crevassed terrain. Abseil tat at base of descent gully but late in the season looks best not to head this way as it leads into ice cliffs and seracs.
