Thought the very first move was hard (but looked to be avoidable on the L). I thought tough 4c here not 4b, perhaps because the exit is quite overgrown. After that beautiful clean climbing. The top crack also seemed a bit hard for 4b.

Choose the hottest day on record for the traverse via Neckband & Bowfell en route for Scafell. Totslly wasted by the time we reached the spring on the Climbers Traverse. Soloed up the Great Slab instead of doing Bowfell Buttress with bivi gear. Slept O/N on Scafell before doing Mickledore Grooves
