IMO the best climbing low down is on the steep wall, well away from the right hand arete. It's logical (and fun) to move very slightly left and take the middle of the overhang, but skirting the overhang on the right is also an option. However, the current guidebook implies that Smiling Cat diverges from The Druid after the start, which implies a line somewhat further right for the Druid. No doubt this will all be resolved for the new book.
