UKC

48m, 2 pitches.

Rockfax Description
Fine climbing up the line of the abseil descent, steep and juggy after a surprisingly tough start. Good for climbing wall fans and much used nowadays as a way for guides to get their clients up The Goat, usually with a winch or some aid at the start.
1) N5, 28m. Struggle up the leaning groove to reach a resting ledge then step out onto the steep face on the left and head up the ladder of jugs following a crack-line to reach a ledge and double-bolt belay. Exhilarating climbing.
2) N4+, 20m. Finish as for 1910 ruta. © Rockfax

βeta: Nice route with a boulder problem start. Worth doing if waiting for others to finish Forsida. Not worth treking up just for this route.
