First day climbing on course with Sea2Summit. In Anglesey at Holyhead Mountain Slabs area although not exactly sure what route we did, we only did one pitch. Spent most of the day learning how to tie in, how to make ourselves safe, how to belay and how to set up a belay. Great day with fantastic weather as was raining back in Llanberis :-)

Not enough protection on the slab. Katie couldn't remove a hex just before the crux meaning I had to abseil down to collect it. What a nightmare! High winds into the crag meant the rope caught on every nook and cranny on the abseil. Blowing a gale at the top.
