Had to try pretty hard! Baggy jams not my strong point!
Second pitch, fighting all the way!
Courty led pitch one. Then cried. I led through. And also cried a bit. First multipitch E3. Felt quite hard.
Led first 35m, boxed so put in stance, sutty led through.
about the same as the brasser in terms of difficulty. totally wow coming through the flake at the top.
needed 2 hands to get gear out on p2 so took a rest. very sustained so not sure i'd have made it clean anyway. amazing line, climbs every bit as good as it looks - hope to come back and do it clean one day
Well hard, especially when the lichen wasnt 100% dry. Felt like E4 6a in the conditions. respect to mr livesey for protecting it with hexes!
