UKC

5 pitches. A classic outing up the front of the buttress with good rock and sustained interest.
P1 (10) - the obvious worn layback flake up the slab is slippery and a bit awkward (crux), from the top of this continue up the slab to belay below the short chimney
P2 (6) - short pitch up the obvious chimney to good ledge (can be combined with P1 but watch rope drag)
P3 (9) walk down "the jetty", the exposed protrusion and step off the right edge of this onto the steep wall. Up this then the slab above to gain the 'oasis', a huge ledge.
P4 (9) - crawl rightwards through the hold and up the steep chimney behind it to ledge
P5 (10) continue steeply in the same line to finish in a fantastically exposed position up the overhanging chimney on good holds. The final difficult chimney can be avoided on the left (grade 8)
