Very good. Did as 4 pitches. Pitches 1 and 3 are the meat of the route (James' leads). First pitch a little airy, but the holds keep coming. No need for 4th pitch really - just keep going on 3rd till it starts to get grassy, belay, then scramble. We walked off up and leftwards (looking in) until a v short scramble (we stayed roped and placed pro, though probably not necessary) led into the wide gentle gully. Would recommend this way off for those nervous of the notorious right hand gully.

lead 1st and 3rd. Lovley first multi pitch. with PL. excellent views. nice climbing with loads of gear and easy to follow route. scramble to top. Although heavy rain as reached top, making a very wet abseil down gully. It was so windy the water was coming up the gully as quick as it could flow down it.

Good route with some great exposure. There were a few moves on pitch 3 and pitch 4 that were pretty committing - especially the step into the chimney on pitch 4. Great route though. Worth setting up a rope on the in situ anchors for the route down to protect a nervous second as the decent gully is pretty intimidating.

Sopping wet and big boots. Certainly wasn't easy. Most of the climbing was done with the arms. I lead pitch 2 and 4, and it was so wet and slippy we also belayed for the final scramble and abseiled down the gulley/waterfall.

First multipitch experience. Climb first three pitches then scrambled last. Had a bit of an epic descent as Jez got lost trying to find the easy path. 50ish meter abseil down a waterfall, but added to the fun.

My first trad lead! R was on a rope next to me making sure I didn't do anything stupid, but still exhilerating being above gear. Quite relaxed for the most part, but could feel the heart rate rising on trickier bits. Very satisfying. Mrs MB led the best pitch (final?) in terms of climbing interest.
