Led P1, Patrick ran P2 and 3 together. P1 definitely longer than the 37m given in the guidebook if you go up to the proper belay at the base of the corner - 50m ropes barely reached so the pitch must be at least 50m. P1 could also easily be split at a ledge (and the route would probably be better if you did split it here), P2 and 3 should really be run together as they are both short and fairly straight (also, where the 'bollard belay' actually is is still in question!)
