S lead P1, I started pitch 2 of mortician, before branching back onto the right route at the layback. Thought I was running out of rope, so belayed at old peg rather than tree (wasn't sure about line). S lead intermediate pitch to just above tree, then I finished correctly (by some kind of miracle picked up the right line).

I led pitch 2. Colin took 1 & 3. Sat in the wind on my belay, I ended up numb and nearly had hot aches seconding the final pitch. Should have put me hat and coat on. Doh.
