P1 from Belay on R 60m to 1/2 way up gully not one bit of gear.....winter belay! P2 (Stu) slightly better gear (4 bits in 50m). P3 30m to easier ground then 120m to exit slopes moving together.

Entertaining climb, not much gear, good firm snow with some ice in places. Got some good steps in it. Managed to cobble together some ok bits of gear and a bomber icicle thread. When you finish the corner go up and left for more entertainment - it avoids the boring and possibly dangerous snow slopes. Would be very entertaining with fat ice.
Nice fast ascent

A great climb, three good ice pitches in good weather then three long snowy pitches to the top in deteriorating conditions, white out at times on the top, great navigation by Steve to get us off the hill, a cracking end to my winter season.
Best conditions I've seen this route in, good value/ sustained for the grade.

Good situations. Cruddy conditions; no good ice. Needs thaw and re-freeze.

Bit sketchy in places. Ran away due to time. Would like to go back to it.

Hosting Dutch partner Eric on International meet. Got about half way, good conditions, but partner unhappy, abbed off.
