Unfortunately, the left side of the arete, was green and damp. This meant I had to use a crimp on the face and reach over into another crimp higher up, before I could use any hlds on the arete. This meant it felt mega hard and reachy. If dry I would have had a couple of nice slaps up the arete to take he sting out of it. Harrowing topout without a spotter, due to the nasty boulder below.
