|Hidden Groove||VS 4b|
|34m, 2 pitches. The first pitch descends the awkward groove at far end of Hidden Groove Buttress (ie left side if looking out to sea). It then traverses R to L to reach a stance in the deep chimney bounded on its left side by a rib.
2.Climb the chimney until the ledge on the left to be reached. Make a committing step up right to fragile handholds and trend left to the top. Perhaps HVS 4c.
As a DWS it is F5 and S1 - inadvisable to fall off in the chimney and rather scary stepping right off the ledge though at least there is a clean splashdown.
