Great route. The quarry itself is a tip; literally.
Tubs - Lead O/S - 24/Apr/13 with Bryan R

Excellent sustained corner with plenty of interest all the way and tons of gear too - worth the approach, descent and nettle stings!

Really dirty, sand all over the crack. And it started raining...
cat22 - 2nd - 17/Jul/11 with Mike

ha ha this route is amazing! Unlikely location, found the crux move to be at 2/3rds height with arm jams and awkward smears..worth the visit!
simon_D - Lead O/S - 13/Jul/11 with Stu Burns

My first E1:) A fine route with good bridge moves and a dirty top out in a less than salubrious setting (though this quarry could be fairly pleasant if it were cleaned up). A wee bit epic as daylight faded fast half way up the route and a little mucky and moist in places. Scrappy abseil with a thorny, scratch attack landing. A massive bonfire had been lit by some local lads on terra firma, one of whom handed us a bottle of beer each on the walk out:)
sophiecb - Lead β - 25/Mar/11 with Toph

Much more awkward than I thought it would be, a proper calve burner! I'd give it more stars if the quarry wasn't so minging ;p

very very good route

Great route! BD Cams 1, 2 ,3 were big enough, path in is cut. Get on it!
jonnie3430 - Lead O/S - 02/Sep/10 with Graham, Callum

Great, three stars for sure, esp after all that bush whacking :)

Hidden - Lead O/S - 23/Sep/09

Surprisingly enjoyable rock for such a mungy quarry.
Dr Toph - Lead O/S - 02/Aug/09 with Ally Hill

great route with some tricky moves especially if you dont jam well.I concur one of the best E1's in the central belt. Would get 3 stars if it wasnt for the manky quarry.

Good lead by James. Very hard to get off the ground due to slippy mud in crack, but once off the ground its a peachy route! Very sustained 5a moves right to the top - doesnae let up. If you can jam you'll cruise it. Could do with a clean in some of the breaks. Good gear right the way up.
iceicebaby - 2nd RP - 22/Jun/09 with James Sugden and Sam Wood

nice route. well protected

fairly damp. The smeary moves on the wet green lichen at the start were hard as another smeary section above mid height. Should return on a dry day and try to do the route in less than the half hour or so it took me.
kdlauder - Lead - 13/Sep/08 with bowman & galbraith

What a greasy corner this was today. Nice middle section after a hard start, then a supper slimey awkward layback. Nae joy, went to Ratho instead..
Lawrie Brand - Lead dnf - 31/Jul/08 with Pete Nellist

Very nice climbing, constantly good jamming and laybacking up the 25m corner. A bit dirty but the best or at least one of the best E1's in the central belt.
andymoin - 2nd O/S - 15/Jul/08 with Tim Cross

Ground up. Fell off starting moves. Great route!
beegsyboy - Lead O/S - 15/Jul/08 with Andy

Maybe the scariest e1 ive done yet. I had to fight through a jungle of nettles and brmbles to reach this one. Its also quite strange to top out about 1 metre from someones back garden!
