Taken me several visits to get this nailed. Now working the reverse. Great problem that is sadly showing its age withh the level of polish on the footholds.

Regularly did this across and back twice continuously. There is a hands-off rest via a knee lock which I counted as valid, but obviously you're not allowed to step off anywhere.
