Hidden - AltLd - 13/Dec/14

As a three with Ali and Steve, lots of snow
thomaspomfrett - 2nd O/S - 13/Dec/14 with Ali Baxter

would have been a bit easier with some ice but cool line and nice climb.
Steven Andrews - AltLd O/S - 13/Dec/14 with Ali

Led pitch to cornice. The bit above the bulge is not recommended until some consolidation. Time consuming and difficult cornice exit
abbeywall - AltLd - 12/Jan/14

Led up to the chimney and the cornice battle afterwards. Usidean took p2. Firm snow in the morning was noticeably softer by the time we topped out. Nice climbing on a super day!

Led Pitch 1, ML 2nd crux pitch. "Scottish" conditions with hill fog above 700m, visibility poor. Lower mixed ground banked out neve. Snow-ice in chimney variable-from crusted slab to solid in places. Snow gully at route top unconsolidated and sketchy wind slab...Interesting! Bold lead by ML on crux. 4.5 hours due to difficulty finding protection. Great day out!
LogieNick - AltLd O/S - 20/Feb/13 with Mike Leil

Boggin condition. Turf okish not fantastic. Would be good climbing in better conditions. Made for a wee duel.
Lamb - Lead O/S - 09/Feb/13 with Findlay Cranston

Bold, nearly fell off crux on lead. Craig saved the day...

adw07 - AltLd dnf - Feb/13 with Findlay

V cold - climbing as a rope of 3 Graham lead throughout. No ice present but bomer turf with any neve iron hard and a bit of fresh dodgy wind slab.
Yourlead - 2nd - 16/Jan/13 with Paul Freeman, Graham Penny

Thrutch-tastic! Very lean with no ice and no useable snow, lots of powder. Turf bomber, thankfully. Superb lead by Ric on the crux!
MrRiley - AltLd O/S - 13/Jan/13 with Richard Hines

Rickrick - Oct/12

Not in stellar condition, but turf frozen below a wet surface and ice at back of the chimney. Good fun.

Not in the best of nick, made for an entertaining fight.
shugsan - Lead O/S - 30/Dec/11 with Tom B, Chris A

Some proper good thrutching! Hell yeah!
JdotP - Lead O/S - 08/Jan/11 with Nicholas Dominelli Whiteley

Nic DW - 2nd O/S - 08/Jan/11 with John P

Hidden - 2011

Led upto into the chimney in a long pitch, then Graham lead to the plateau in a second pitch. Good traditional thrutching!
Chris L Hill - AltLd O/S - 18/Dec/10 with Graham

A bit short lived this one. Some good chimney action though - always a pleasure.
