60m, 2 pitches. Perhaps the American equivalent to Napes Needle. A classic VD, with superb exposure which nicely rounds off an outing to Cathedral Peak! Traverse to the middle of the north face (slightly lower than you'll initially think at roughly Dif, until meeting a corner full of pitons. From here follow the pitons up to a head wall, either move awkwardly into the left hand of two cracks or follow the upper arete to the visitor's book on the exposed summit.
