Dates: 1 March to 6 June
Reason: Nesting Birds
Peregrines nest on the main crag and the restriction covers the whole crag. If the birds fail to nest or fledge early then the restriction wil be lifted early and noted here.
Rockfax Description
A good route. Start by the small embedded spike and low flat ledge. Move up the right-hand downward-pointing fang. Go past this on the right and up to a flake. Continue past a spike and turn the first large overlap via a groove on its left. Make your way up to the next overlap. Join The Nurgler to finish. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
1] 41m - 4c
Start steeply up the wall 2m left of the corner, then move right onto slabs at 15m. A tricky move tackles the bottomless groove, then proceed leftwards onto Scrub Way, crossing the rib on the left to belay at a small niche.
2] 9m
Cross the rib onto the main face, following the finish of Scrub Way.

βeta: Abseil point in place at top of route. Some of the holds are a bit shaky, seem keyed in enough just make judgement if used for gear. | βeta?

βeta: Looks like a massive loose block to right around same level as top of boulder on Nurgler top, when I tried to place small silver cam in undercut crack, it seemed to move. Just be careful with all holds! | βeta?
