Access Banned
A major rock fall has occured - access to the lower tier, beyond Dawes of Perception slab is very restricted and has been fenced off to protect the public.
There is currently no access to the quarry and climbers should avoid it for the time being.
The quarry is within the Padarn Country Park, managed by Gwynedd Council.
Rockfax Description
Brilliant moves and a memorable run-out. Follow the crack to reach the crack/ramp that leads up and right past a bolt. Move along this to a niche and bolt. Traverse left with increasing difficulty to a dramatic slap for the left arete. Above, the climbing is much easier, but all there is for gear is a lonely microwire. © Rockfax
