Hidden - 21/Dec/13

Awesome route, gets gradually better and harder towards the top. Final chimney wild, climbed with headtorch! A few tech 6 moves probably. Great start to the season.

Led first and 3rd pitches. Really nice route with varied and interesting pitches. Slightly spoilt by the loose, rotten chimney at the top, which was pretty tough with a thin veneer of verglas; I thought technical 6, a good lead from steve after he'd stopped whinging.
Andrew Sloan - AltLd O/S - 12/Jan/13 with Steve Grove

Another fearless lead by Percy, with his dutiful gear collector hooking and torqing his way up after him (me). A bit thin and sugary which made for a good old thrutching for said second and his sac up the final chimney. In summary, bloody marvelous and all without the need for a headtorch-some mistake surely!
mikehenesy - 2nd O/S - 17/Dec/12 with Percy

Great condition, bomber turf, hooks where you need them.

Stunning climb. A fair plod up to it but well worth it. A good start to my grade 5 career. Pitch 1 and 2 were great, the 3rd pitch up the chimney was absolutely mental, no chance i could have lead that! Was great to get up it though. Top climb with a great team, Andy, Guy and Kenny!!!
010paw - 2nd O/S - 16/Dec/12 with Guy Stephens

Top chimney lacked ice and was a wee bit harder than tech 5.
jonnie3430 - AltLd O/S - 01/Dec/12 with Welsh Tom

Nice route, top chimney was entertaining. Harder and more sustained than The Groove Climb I thought.

James S - AltLd O/S - 02/Feb/12 with edvin, sam

decided to give gargoyle/ darth vader a miss due to very full on conditions but it was good to come back and climb this after backing off on the solo from it last winter,
Ginger McGrath - AltLd rpt - 18/Dec/11 with rob

great little route but the top corner is loose and scrappy
Alco-nomic - AltLd - 02/Dec/10 with conan

got to the last pitch and freaked a few moves from the top, down climbed it and then abbed into south gully, would have been easier just to finish it!!
Ginger McGrath - Solo dnf - 27/Nov/10

Good fun route out of the wind!
