25m. The towering arete is one of Dumby's best lines and gives a brilliantly adventurous pitch at E4 6a **/*** - an essential tick for any capable leader. Climb up right of the arete to eventually meet it at a good rest (big cams) a bit below the thin crack. Fill this with every micro-wire you own, then make wild moves up it onto the wall above. Look down at those micro-wires, take a deep breath, and climb the juggy wall with minimal gear to easier ground and the finish.
Snapped a couple of small gear placements at the bottom which made me a wee bit cautious. Also fannied around a lot before figuring out an easy way to do the crux. Good route though and steady, just needs a bit of care. Andy Moles - Lead O/S - 19/Aug/14 with Ferdia
