One of the most enjoyable routes I've done. Fun easy start into technical but steady climbing up to the roof and then fantastic big moves to top out (with as much bomber gear as you like)

Great route at the grade. Straightforward

Tough! Would be a brilliant soft E2 if it wasn't for the hard and pumpy finishing roof. Failed to find the sequence first time round - desperate stuff.

Simply superb. I loved this route. Sustained crack which is "5a/bish" if you find the correct holds. A weird mantle. Followed by a thuggy move over the roof to a little ledge on which the ropes dragged slightly round the corner, pulling me off. Unfortunately I couldn't reach the crack to place gear so had to just go for it... You don't need to use the final crack, you can bridge. Superb (albeit long) experience leading and my hardest lead yet. Ace

Never E3 6a! Gear is above you on crux, and move isn't even very hard.

fell at roof twice before figuring it out. excellent and probably 6a if you try and beast it, but added in a sneaky move which felt 5c to me.
ferdia - Lead dog - 04/Jun/11 with Hertha

Lovely 3 star climbing up the wall. However the top is hard! 6a?? A very good first E2 lead for Jon.

Done this ten years earlier with Will but felt nails today, top roof crack is very tricky moves above gear - E3 6a?
