Very bold at the grade with no gear till the half-way point and it's not totally straightforward to there. Really nice climbing though and lack of gear does add a little something!

Not really the obvious choice of route for me not liking slabs, nevermind unprotected ones but decided I would push the boat out and try one and actually really enjoyed it! Quite wobbley on the traverse as the footholds looked quite polished, then a tricky move round the arete still without protection. Finally put a nut and a cam in, then found the next move really awkward for 4a! A bit of a mantle type thing but without any holds. Figured it out in the end just by bringing foot up a bit higher and using a hold on the arete. Lizzie followed with relative ease!
