3m. Standing start (A sit down is probably possible but something like Font7a+ ish i would imagine). Climb the obvious shield shape feature. Left hand on the shiled and right on a sidepull, flag the right leg then use a sharp small hold on the shild to allow you to heal hook the first sidepull with your right foot. Then boost up to a pocket at the top of the feature. Match the pocket and move slightly right to finnish on a large quarts pocket in the crack.
