The guide gives HS for the first pitch. It does warrant a vs,4b we thought....or were we climbing u.s.? A good varies route though and it does need more ascents to keep the vegetation away.

I led p1 & p3. Slimy (after rain) and strenuous chimney on p1 definitely the crux, not p3 as the guidebook suggests. Belays at the top are scarce, using a braced body belay well back is probably safer than using the single dubious nut placement I found.

Steve did first pitch which was wet and slimey on one side of the corner. i strugled seconding it. I led pitch 2 & 3 ( i think) together and ended up finishing up adjacent route?
