tried various means eventually settled for laybacking the first bit then armbars, leg jams and plenty of udging. absolutely knackering and great fun. well protected with monster cams

Given HVS 6a in the BMC guide. I think this might have something to do with the suggestion that you climb the entire thing by burying yurself in the crack. We did this for the first couple of moves then resorted to laybacking.
