8m. Fierce climbing and a good target for a hot day since it is in the shade. The original line, Saltation, finished by scuttling off to join Old Salt. The first crux can be protected by a hand-placed peg in a slot; without this the grade is E6 6c. Small Friends and wires protect the stretch at the top. © ROCKFAX
