Clarach Bay

Climbs 26 – Rocktype Greywacke – Altitude ? – Faces W

Crag features
A mixture of sports routes and bouldering. The four main sports routes are not for the faint of heart.

Easily reached along the beach in less than 5 minutes from Glan y Môr Leisure Park. There is a rough car park overlooking the beach.

Access notes
Tidal. Climbing is possible here for approximately 2-3 hours either side of low tide.

3 quickdraws removed from Reign of Piece today... happy to return them to owner, but please think about corrosion of bolts on sea cliffs before leaving gear behind. Feel free to make a donation to the North Wales bolt fund when you come to get them back!

Use it as your gym. It has quite nice routes. Be careful some pieces of rock can come out.

First few sport routes have been re-bolted!!!!!!

Dont sport climb here unless its re-eqiped. the bolts are ancient, so with sea to rust them they're dangerous as hell
