Wenvoe (Whitehall) Quarry Vale of Glamorgan, WALES
Climbs 17 – Rocktype Limestone – Altitude ? – Faces W
WAS: a "Typically bleak" quarry, but close to Cardiff. Mostly steep slabs with pegs and bolts: routes up to 42m. In winter a large pool forms in the middle, which may make approaches to the central wall hard.
NOW: is filled in so rather hard to climb in.
