Climbs 27 – Rocktype Limestone – Altitude 1200m a.s.l – Faces W

Crag features
Good quality rock, routes up to 12m - making solos a possibility. Used at times by outdoor centres.

Approach notes
BIRD BAN: peregrines nest here. DON'T disturb them in the breeding season March-end Sept.

Either: park in the layby as for Taf Fechan, and follow the Brecon Mtn Railway for 0.5mi before heading up the hill to the quarry's southern bay;

or: park at Ponsticill reservoir dam, cross the Mtn Railway, head SE diagonally up the hillside, arriving quarry's N bay.
