Crag features

Bouldering area, with a few crack-lines/routes.

Very sharp and coarse rock, a handful of really nice problems. Absolutely stunning location - ocean view. Fine on dry cold mid-winter days. Dries quickly. Roasting in summer, but good windsurf, swimming, etc.

Camping/Motel:

One motel on Hvasser itself - hvassermotell.no

Camping sites on Tjøme, the neighbouring island
Potentially one could camp underneath the larges overhangs at the crag

Shops:

Tjøme
Hvasser (also restaurant, cafe, bakery)

Airport/transport:

Torp, Sandefjord Airport (Ryanair)- 1hr

Oslo Airport - 2,5hrs away
Buss from Oslo stops 15min walk from crag ("Oppegård").

SECTOR BULLDOG:
Main sector below all walls with cracks/routes. Between fence and rocky beach, and around red cabin.

SECTOR NORTHEAST:
Follow path behind and to the right of "Bulldog" - due north after small wooden stairs by "Sinnataggen". Visible to the right after a short walk

SECTOR TOPPEN:
Past the red cabin, to the rocky beach - turn north and head up slabs to top "plateau". The boulder "All In" is located in the inner corner straight ahead - more boulders north and east (along the top of the cliffs)

SECTOR RADAR:
Between cabins on the western side of the peninsula, and the Radar visible on the highest point.
Please respect private property here...
Follow path past Sector NE, and towards the radar. When you pass an old beacon you're close to the start of the sector

Most sectors have potential for more boulder problems

Approach notes

Access via road called "Oppegårdsveien" with sign to "Sønstegård". Signed Parking. Walk inn crosses private property, and field with sheeps (most of the time). There are no known access issues, and it should stay that way. Keep a low profile and be discreet.

Details walk in:
Follow gravel road after parking, round a bend, cross between white house (r) and red house (l) to path up slab.
Follow 'path' to stile/fence (Crag is visible from here - very obvious, with distinct boulders and cliffs) - and follow path along the beach to fence on the other side right by the crag itself.
