Crag features
A magnificent collection of 5 peaks which overlook the Rhone valley. The highest is the Haute Cime which affords extraordinary views of the Mont Blanc range and the Valais alps. For the rock jocks there is a myriad of difficult routes to choose from. A relatively quiet mountain, go explore.
Approach notes
Drive from Martigny through Salvan to the campsite at Van d'en haut. Stay at the unmanned Dent du Midi refuge at 2800m. You can then enjoy a short day on the Dent Jaune or have a multi peak fest.
