Crag features
2 guidebooks different problems CD = Cameron Duff TC = Total climbing

Very close to Upper Gorple (which has some routes on it, rather than bouldering). "A charming and atmospheric bouldering destination, and a great place to get away from the crowds" - Alan Cameron-Duff. The rock will *not* bear wire brushing, so please don't. High, exposed, often cold despite sun, yet can feel sheltered.

Access notes
On land used for grouse shooting - respect access notices (or disregard at your peril).

Approach as for Widdop: from Hebden Bridge head N to the village of Slack, then take R fork signposted to Widdop. Follow road up side of valley past Packhorse Inn. Continue until dip in road - small car park on R.

Take the gently rising concrete track S over the bridge past the first reservoir, up the valley to a wooden cabin, turn R, head across the moor, there it is.
