Pecqueries Boulder Guernsey, CHANNEL ISLANDS
Climbs 25 – Rocktype Granodiorite – Altitude ? – Faces all
A large boulder and short walls close by. Quality problems on the main boulder. Bouldering mats essential due to rock landings. The main boulder is non-tidal if the sea is calm.
Excellent topo-guide available to download from www.gmc.org.gg
Turn off the coast road by the Pulias pond (aka the stinky pond) and park at the upper carpark. You will see the 'crag' out to your left, the boulder is round the back of it, go round the northern side. No bird restrictions. Watch out for naturists if it's sunny!
