Mid to high grade limestone sport climbing, in a stunning place high in the mountains above Gallicano. Reflective of the limestone crags back in the UK, the climbs are on compact rock requiring good footwork! 14 quickdraws are necessary for some of the longer pitches.
Approach notes
A small space for parking in the cave on the roadside, Le Rocchette Grotta (just north of the start of the trail #134.For the other sectors take path 134 for a 100m to a col. Go left here for I Prima Torre or right for Spigolo del Vento. For the other sectors follow 134 downwards and, when it levels out, take a faint path up right to arrive at the smoke-blackened Bivacco. The other sectors stretch leftwards from here on two more distinct 'towers'.
