Volunteer to moderate Nogarth
We rely on volunteers to moderate their local crags. You would check updates and approve climbs added to the database. It's a very easy job, and all you need is a guidebook and an hour or two each month. [ read more ]

Being about a 60degree slab, Nogarth is great for absolute beginners and that's about it. it's got a fair bit of height about it and the young-uns will feel like they've just climbed everest. ridiculously easy though- apart from the very top where you have to rely mostly on the friction from the rock, but you can basically run up the thing like spiderman! you could try palming it all the way up the right with your eyes closed to make it more interesting. 3 bomber stakes at the top. also an easy climb at the very left of the quarry with a couple of stakes. camp school use it now and then for abseiling. good for testing your prussic!
