Crag features
Turfy winter routes generally following well- defined grooves. Routes up to 80m long. A good freeze and sprinkle of snow required. Two main steep buttresses (Carlin's Buttress and Creag na Cailleach).

Oochahoarye (V,7)* (Dec 1997)is a good landmark on Carlin's Buttress following prominent central steep groove. See SMC journals from 1998 onwards for recent developments.

A good venue for middle grade winter climbers. Good selection of routes in II- V range. Reasonably well protected by schist standards. Possible to do 2 or 3 routes in a day.
