Crag features
Cueva Larga - The Long Cave - is entirely hidden from view as it's a cleft like hollow in the mountain formed by two closely spaced parallel walls. Despite the narrow confines, the cliffs are significantly high wit the left side reaching almost 100 metres. This crag is a good choice for hot days since its perpetually shaded, but this can occassionally attract mosquitoes, so bring repellent. Also since the cave is in such a dark recess, early morning and late afternoon is a bad idea.
Approach notes
From the base of La Yunta, walk about 15 metres to the left until you find a little trail that goes up into the trees. The train turns right after a few metees into the entrance of Cueva Larga, which includes a three metre downclimb. Its a 20 minute walk from Vinales.
