Oxia is uninhabited except for fish farms in each of the major bays and is accessible only by boat. Landing at the foot of the access gully involves a scrambling from a dinghy onto the rocks.
Seven Wall forms the right wall (looking up from the sea) of a gully overlooking the East Bay of the island of Oxia. It is situated between about 50m and 100m up the gully that lies immediately to the left of the obvious steep prow that rises from sea level at the northeast edge of the bay. The wall rises to the lateral ridge connecting the summit of the prow to the crest of the island. Its apex forms the next summit on this ridge above that formed by the summit of the prow.
Descent from the summit of the crag is possible on foot down the opposite flank from the gully but it is easier to abseil. There are established abseil stations at every stance on the one existing route (The Magnificent Seven).
