Small tidal Zawn to the East of Southgate on Gower. Contains a handfull of fun sport routes up to 15mtrs in hieght. The zawn is tidal so plan your trip around the tides carefully.

At low tide walk west along the foreshore from Bowens parlous(4 mins).or east from Minchin hole (5mins)

Avoid attempting to walk down from directly above to avoid trampling vegetation and disturbing the ecosystem.
