Climbs 5 – Rocktype Granite – Altitude 50m a.s.l – Faces SE

Crag features
This 2km long crag lies just above the 55 road just north of the town of Sogndal. It boasts a mix of trad and sport, single and multi-pitch routes on a bewildering range of separate buttresses, many hidden by trees.

The crag (area?) has a reputation for very harsh grading.

Access notes
Park off the 55 road - exactly where depends on the buttress you have in mind.

Sector Plommehagen: Park at the foot of the side road signed Olnes. Walk up the Olnes road for a few hundred metres to a plum orchard on the left just past some huge boulders. An ad hoc gate through the wire fence leads to a path through the orchard and into the woods below the crags.
