Thrope Moor End Hedgehog Block © Pete Pozman
Came across this crag, a massive jutting block with a cave-like platform, whilst exploring the moor edge. Came back and soloed the obvious corner. In the corner is a deep crack you can get your arm in.
The crag can be seen above a forest plantation from near Middlesmoor on the other side of Upper Nidderdale.
There is a more extensive crag about 300 metres to the north: Thrope Edge.
Maybe some restrictions during grouse shooting season.
